  • 2 day (business days) for $25
  • Standard overnight for $50
  • Saturday delivery (only offered on Fridays) for $60.

We DO NOT ship to PO boxes.

DreamCatchers is closed on weekends. DreamCatchers is also closed on the following holidays Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day. Anything purchased on these holidays will be processed the next open business day

Guarantee time when shipping to residential address:

All Residential deliveries are guaranteed by 8 pm (Unless it’s a priority delivery those are by 10:30 am- in most areas)

Guarantee time when shipping to a business:

All business deliveries are guaranteed by 4:30 pm (Unless it’s a priority delivery those are by 10:30 am- in most areas)

Saturday deliveries

Saturday delivery is guaranteed by 1 pm in most areas

We require a signature

We require a signature to all home deliveries. Clients do have the option to waive the signature but that releases DreamCatchers of liability (if the package is lost or stolen after it has been delivered with no signature).

Cut off time

Our cut off time for orders shipping out for the day is 4:00 pm CST. Anything purchased after 4:00 pm will be processed the following business day. Anything purchased Friday after 4:00 pm, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

DreamCatchers offers a
60-day warranty* on our elite hair for no additional charge!


This warranty is from the date of purchase and will cover any manufactural defects as long as it has been installed correctly (using DC hair, cylinders and crimper) by a Certified DreamCatchers Stylist. All hair must be sent in and tested before deemed defective. If hair is defective, it will be replaced with new hair at no cost to the stylist. What is the warranty of the DreamCatchers extensions?


Your DreamCatchers extensions have a 60-day warranty* on any manufactural defects that may occur from the date of purchase. If you feel that this is the case, please contact your Certified DreamCatchers Stylist immediately.

* Hair is only qualified for a Warranty if it has been installed
* Even if its past 60 days, we will still take a look at the Warranty - we take things case by case so that all DreamCatchers stylists are satisfied!
