What information do we collect?

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the My Account section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the My Account section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping. Third party links In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. The DreamCatchers mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by DreamCatchers ("DreamCatchers," "we," or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
1. Types of SMS Communications
By opting into DreamCatchers SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of DreamCatchers through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
Messages may include:

2. Fees and Charges
DreamCatchers does not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
3. How to Opt-Out or Get Help

4. Data Privacy & Security

5. Service Disruptions & Carrier Liability
We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a discontinued number may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring such requests.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number, and if you change your number, you must re-subscribe to the Service with your new number.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any actions you take based on received messages.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
