Wendy McCarter is an experienced and passionate hairstylist with over 20 years of expertise in the beauty industry. Based in the High Desert of Southern California, Wendy has spent her career honing her skills and staying current with the latest trends and techniques. With a deep commitment to her craft, she has attended numerous master classes focused on color techniques, color chemistry, haircutting, and extensions. She specializes in creating both natural, lived-in colors and bold, creative styles and she has worked with Dreamcatchers hair extensions for over 15 years. Her preferred extension methods are wefts and I-tips, but Wendy prides herself on helping her clients achieve their desired hair goals, no matter what they may be. In addition to her technical expertise, Wendy has earned the recognition of her community, being voted "Best of the Desert" in the hairstylist category for her dedication and exceptional work.
Outside of her professional life, Wendy is a devoted wife of 20 years and a proud dog mom to four beloved pets. With a chef husband, she has developed a love for the culinary arts, and she enjoys exploring new food experiences. In her free time, she indulges her creative side through painting and gardening. Wendy is always looking forward to mentoring and collaborating with aspiring stylists to help them develop their own skills.
