Tiffany Welch is a highly skilled beauty industry professional with over 15 years of experience. From an early age, she knew her calling was in hair and beauty and has dedicated her career to mastering hairstyling, color, and transformations. Holding licenses in Cosmetology and Barbering, she is a Certified Master Color Expert, Master Style Expert, and Cut Expert through Wella Studio in LA Calabasas and has perfected her cutting techniques at Sassoon Academy. As a Board-Certified Trichologist, she specializes in hair loss solutions, hair growth treatments, hair transformations, men’s and women’s hair replacements, and hair extensions.

Tiffany is also double certified in Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP), a non-surgical solution for hair loss that replicates natural hair follicles to create the illusion of fuller hair.

Her commitment to education and innovation has led her to work behind the scenes for Basketball Wives Season 6 and almost a decade backstage at El Paseo Fashion Week.

Beyond her career, Tiffany is a proud Navy mom to her son, Lucus, who serves as a fireman in the U.S. Navy. At home, she enjoys life with her husband and three Himalayan Persian fur babies. When she’s not behind the chair, Tiffany loves to travel, explore new places, and explore new cultures. Whether it’s trying new foods, visiting hidden gems, or simply taking in the beauty of a new destination, she believes life is meant to be experienced to the fullest!
