Nina Harn
Nina Harn is a passionate hairstylist, and accomplished DreamCatchers Mentor Educator with extensive experience in the hair extension industry. Since joining the DreamCatchers education team in 2018, Nina has dedicated herself to helping stylists master the art and business of hair extensions while building confidence behind the chair.
Throughout her career, Nina has had the opportunity to participate in hair shows, advanced education, and hands-on training, as well as contribute to the development of DreamCatchers education in both weft and K-Tip extension techniques. In 2021, Nina competed in the DreamCatchers Battle of the Strands, further expanding her technical skills, creativity, and passion for the craft.
As a Mentor Educator, also known as a Tier 4 Educator, Nina brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the classroom. Her role allows her to not only educate stylists on advanced extension techniques, but also mentor and support fellow educators as they continue to grow within the DreamCatchers education program.
Nina’s teaching style is hands-on, approachable, and rooted in real salon experience. She believes great extension work goes beyond simply learning an application technique—it’s about understanding proper consultation, placement, blending, maintenance, removal, and how to create beautiful results while maintaining the integrity of the client’s natural hair.
Nina is passionate about empowering stylists to elevate their skills, grow their confidence, and build a successful extension business. Her goal in every class is to provide education that stylists can immediately take behind the chair and put into practice.
